He is a complete lunatic.
If you see this guy asking for a ride in the middle of the road, IGNORE HIM AND GO ON.
He smells funny but if you want to take a chance it's ok, if he likes you he's not going to hurt you.
He travels from state to state because he has nothing better to do. Sometimes he behaves very erratic.
